This cruise is an ideal mini getaway or component of your extended
Vermont vacation.
During the cruise you will have time to relax and enjoy a sampling
of our great lake’s pristine beauty.
We travel south snuggled close to the shoreline for the optimum in viewing the unique landscape. As we enter the Otter Creek, a 7-mile journey up river, a whole new vista emerges as the banks of this narrow creek embrace us with flora and fauna. Keep your cameras ready for shots of Great Blue Herons, Egrets, Snow Geese and Catamounts.
Early evening we arrive in the City of Vergennes, Vermont’s oldest city, where we overnight. There will be free time to stroll through this charming city before dinner is served on board.
Wake up to sunrise over the Green Mountains as we wind our way down the Otter Creek and begin our cruise up the New York Shoreline. A farewell breakfast is yours to savor en route.
